RETURN POLICY

At Snapbug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — applicable to all countries we ship to.

1. General Return Policy (60 Days)

You have 60 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom)

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable local consumer protection laws.

In these cases:

You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs (but excluding any express delivery charges).
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, customization, or safety, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or made-to-order products.
Hygiene or personal care items once opened.
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or cosmetics).
Gift cards or final sale/discounted items.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before making a purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at lazgbros@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement, a full refund, or store credit, according to your preference.

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
