Snapbug is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Snapbug assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
